Does my Fagron username and password still work?

The username and password you used to sign in to your Fagron online account will not work on our new e-commerce website. To set up your new online ordering account our Customer Service team at (800) 423 6967 and we’ll be happy to get you set up.

If you had a username and password for the Letco Medical website, you can still use those credentials to sign in.

How do I access my Fagron invoices?

Please contact our Customer Service team at (800) 423 6967 and we’ll be happy to export your previous invoices.

How do I access my Letco invoices?

The new e-commerce website is still connected to the legacy Letco platform. To access your Letco invoices, please sign in to your account and select order history. Your invoices will be available with your previous Letco orders.
