Will I receive an email confirmation when I place an order?

How quickly will I receive orders placed on the website?
Orders placed on the shop.fagron.us website before 5:15 PM CST will ship the same day. Orders placed after this time may ship the following business day. When checking out, you will have the option to select two-day ground or overnight shipping, but please note that cold pack items will ship overnight. If you require a different shipping method or have questions about particular items, please call (800) 423 6967 and place your order with one of our customer service representatives.
If I sign up for online access, will I still have contact with an account manager?
The website is not a replacement for your account manager. It is designed to provide a fast and convenient way for you to view our real-time catalog and place orders. Shop.fagron.us is available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There are many valuable services, programs and information only your sales representative can provide.
