- Typical mixing time 5-10 minutes.
- Drum & V-Shells are proven designs for uniform mixing with low shear stress and no heat generation. This means minimum change in particle size distribution and no chemical degradation.
- Drum shells are lower in cost and faster and easier to use. They are filled through one opening and are self-standing.
- Traditional V-Shell requires ingredients to be charged equally through both openings. Optional stand available to free both hands for charging the V-Shell.
- Mixer & Shells made from Inox (Stainless Steel 316). Shells have mirror-finish (400 grit) and are electro-polished for extra-smooth powder flow and easy cleaning.
- Shell lids include an agitator blade to improve mixing and help break up lumps.
- PLC Control panel to set rotation speed, time and direction.
- Mixer rotation stops when safety cover opened.
